Frequently asked questions
Why subscription instead of pay-once?
Because a website isn’t furniture — it needs hosting, security and small updates. With setup + subscription from €49/month you get it all: static site, hosting, edits and support. Setup is non-refundable if you cancel early.
Can I change texts and photos myself?
You don’t need a CMS. Email us “change the phone / add this photo” and we do it within 24–48 hours. The subscription includes up to 2–3 small content edits per month (prices, text, photos). Larger changes or new pages are billed separately.
What if I stop the monthly subscription?
With 30 days’ notice. Hosting with us stops — you can export files or move the domain. No proprietary lock-in.
How long until we go live?
Landing Page: usually 5–10 business days after ready materials. Multi-Page: 2–3 weeks. QR Menu: 5–10 business days. Guest Guide: one-off delivery after materials. Delays happen when materials are missing or there are many revision rounds — we lock a realistic timeline on first contact.
€49/month — worth it vs cheap hosting?
The subscription isn’t just hosting. It includes security, small updates and support on a high-speed static site. Setup covers the initial build — the monthly fee spreads ongoing care. It does not include Google/Meta ad spend.
Who pays for the domain (.gr)?
The domain is registered and billed to you and belongs to you (at your chosen registrar). The monthly subscription covers hosting, security and up to 2–3 small content edits per month — not domain cost or Google/Meta ad budget.
Contact forms — are there extra fees?
Contact with us is via form (Formspree) or email. If your own site needs forms or online bookings for your customers, we use external platforms in your name — any paid tiers are billed to you and are not included in the basic hosting subscription. Details in the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
