Website as a Service — small setup, clear subscription
Core packages
Landing Page & Multi-Page Site
Hosting and up to 2–3 small edits/month. For professionals, businesses and as a base for hospitality / stays. Prices exclude 24% VAT.
What the packages include
Amounts cover exclusively website build, hosting and technical maintenance.
Packages do NOT include advertising spend (ads budget) on Google/Meta. If you want promotion, you connect your own card directly on the platforms — we deliver only the site.
Domain & Setup
The domain (e.g. .gr, .com) is registered and billed separately and belongs to the client (at their chosen registrar). By arrangement, we can handle DNS connection / management as part of initial setup.
The one-time Setup fee covers the initial build, setup and delivery of the page.
Fair Use — monthly edits
The monthly subscription (MRR / WaaS) includes hosting, security, technical support and up to 2–3 small content edits per month (e.g. prices, copy or photos). Larger changes or new pages are billed separately.
Client forms & bookings (third-party)
Contact with us is via form (Formspree) or email — no phone calls or appointment calendar. If your own site needs forms or online bookings for your customers, we embed external platforms in your name.
Any fees for upgraded plans those services (higher message / booking limits etc.) are borne solely by youand are not included in the basic monthly hosting & maintenance subscription. Details in theTerms of Use.
Prices exclude 24% VAT. The one-time setup covers the initial build, setup and delivery and is non-refundable if you cancel early. Domain cost is separate.
On contact forms we include spam protection via the form platform (Formspree) and, where needed, extra mechanisms.
Add-ons & specialized solutions
Add-ons on top of the packages
QR Menu, Guest Guide, notifications, digital card, ads landing and Google Reviews — prices exclude VAT. Ads budget always outside the package.
Hosting for extra pages is available on request. Prices exclude 24% VAT.

Frequently asked questions
What about the domain (.gr)?
The domain is yours. It renews yearly (usually ~€10–20/year depending on the registrar). Not included in the monthly subscription; by arrangement we can help with DNS connection / management.
If I stop the subscription?
We ask for reasonable notice (about 30 days where terms apply). The site stops being hosted by us. You can export files (HTML, images, text) or move the domain elsewhere — no proprietary lock-in.
What do the 2–3 small edits/month include?
Text changes, prices, photos, phone, email and similar. New pages or major redesigns are billed separately.
Are there hidden fees?
Not in the base package. Setup covers the build; the monthly subscription covers hosting, security and support. External services on your site (e.g. Formspree for forms, online booking tools) may have their own limits/tiers — those are not included in the base subscription. 24% VAT extra on our prices.
Want a one-off payment only (no subscription)?
There is also a “build only” option — no hosting, no support and no free edits from us. Guest Guide and Notifications add-ons are already one-time fees.
